This project involved applying educational theories to real-world challenges. I developed a framework for addressing learner motivation within the unique cultural and social environment of the military. Drawing from Behaviorism, Constructivism, and Social Learning Theory, I crafted strategies that support both individual and group learning. This experience underscored the importance of theory in guiding instructional design decisions and strengthened my ability to design for diverse contexts.
